By accessing or using Compugrade, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Compugrade is a licensed software product that integrates with Microsoft and Google platforms. All rights, title, and interest in Compugrade, including its software, features, assessments, outputs, and underlying systems, remain the exclusive property of the licensor. Compugrade is provided as a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license for use by authorized users within the scope of the license issued. You may not share access credentials, grant access to unauthorized users, or allow use of Compugrade outside of your approved organization or licensed environment. Any trial or evaluation access to Compugrade is limited to a thirty (30) day period and will automatically terminate upon expiration of the associated access code, whichever occurs first. Continued use beyond the trial period requires a valid, active license. Unauthorized access, use, modification, or distribution of Compugrade, or any attempt to circumvent licensing, access controls, or usage restrictions, may result in immediate termination of access and legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law.
